Boz Scaggs has continually refined his musical approach throughout a five-decade musical career defined by a personalized mix of rock, blues, and R&B, along with a signature style of ballads. His commercial breakthrough came in 1976 with the seminal album Silk Degreesreaching Number Two and remained on the album charts for 115 weeks while spawning three Top 40 hit singles: It’s Over, Lido Shuffle, and the Grammy®-winning Lowdown.
