As a reminder, the upcoming payday for faculty and staff is on Friday, December 29, 2023, which falls during Winter Break. Please review the below information to plan accordingly.
Additional information for those on direct deposit:
- Pay stub available to be viewed on Cal Employee Connect.
- The posting date for the December pay warrant is January 2, 2024.
Additional information for those who receive a live pay warrant:
- If you would like your December pay warrant to be mailed on December 29th, please send an email to payroll@sonoma.edu no later than December 18th and include your name and mailing address. Be sure to check MyHR to ensure the mailing address on file matches the address shared as we cannot send to a different address.
- If you would like to pick up your December pay warrant, come by the Sonoma State Police Department from 10 am - 12 pm on Friday, December 29th. Note, a photo ID will be required and the check cannot be deposited until after 3 pm that day.
- Pay warrants not picked up, or requested to be mailed, will be available for pick up in the Seawolf Service Center when the campus reopens on January 2, 2024.
- Employees are encouraged to sign up for direct deposit through Cal Employee Connect. Please note, direct deposit enrollment can take up to two pay periods to process.
