Join us for drop-in mindfulness training classes with Dr. Andrew Wallace. During this 30-minute virtual session, Dr. Wallace will provide you with a short discussion and then guide you through breathing practices, visualization, and meditation. You will leave the class feeling refreshed, calmer, and learn techniques that will help you manage stress in a healthy way.
