These are one-hour drop-in support groups offered at multiple times for all currently enrolled SSU students to discuss any stressors they may be experiencing related to the November election.

Helen Putnam Regional Park is a compact wilderness park southwest of Petaluma. Join us to tour its 6 miles of trails, cross grassy hillsides and weave through oak woodlands.

This group is designed to teach skills for managing symptoms associated with ADHD.

Student Involvement is hosting Virtual Drop-In Office Hours via Zoom throughout the fall semester for students who have questions about getting involved virtually.
