The Deadline to Register for Preview Day is Wednesday, October 18
Event Location and Parking Details
- Sonoma State University is located at 1801 East Cotati Avenue in Rohnert Park. The recommended parking lot to park in is Lot J. Please refer to this map for directions. We do require the purchase of a $5 daily parking permit. You may purchase the permit in advance. Be sure to print the permit out and place it on the dashboard of your car.
- Check-in for the event will be located outside in Seawolf Plaza, in between the Student Center and Recreation Center.

Early Admission
Sonoma State University invites you to apply for Early Admission. Admission decisions will be awarded in-person at SSU’s Preview Day on October 21.*
Follow these two steps to become a priority applicant for Early Admissions:

SSU Applications must be submitted in CalState Apply by October 8, 2023. The application opens on October 1.

Applicants must register for SSU Preview Day by October 8, 2023.
On October 21, eligible students will receive their admissions decision at the Admissions Booth at the Club & Resource Fair during SSU Preview Day.
Criteria for Early Admissions:

Fall ‘24 Undergraduate Applicant

Application must be fully completed, including all course-to-course entry

Not available for students who are applying to impacted majors that need department review

California Coursework only; out-of-state and International coursework require additional time for review therefore cannot be included in our “Early Admissions” processing

Not available to students on a F1 VISA
*We are excited to offer “Early Admissions,” and our Admissions Team will make every effort to review and process your application. Please note, some applications may require additional review or follow-up, therefore a decision may not be determined by October 21, but your application will still remain a priority.
SSU Preview Day is open to all interested students and is not restricted to Guaranteed Admissions and Early Admissions candidates. All are welcome to attend!
