Meeting Dates of the Dispute Resolution Board to consider disputes

The Dispute Resolution Board has established the following dates to consider disputes for the Academic Year 2016 - 2017. The Board does not meet during the Summer break or in between Winter Break and the beginning of the Spring semester. Please pay close attention to the deadlines for submitting your dispute to the Board.

If you miss a deadline for submission, your dispute can be heard at the next meeting of the Board.

Emergency meetings: If, in the opinion of the Chair of the Dispute Resolution Board, who may consult with other members of the university, it appears needed, an emergency meeting of the Dispute Resolution Board may be called for extraordinary circumstances. A quorum of the Board is required for an emergency meeting which includes one member from each category; one student, one faculty member, one SSP and one SAEM administrator and the Chair of the Board. An emergency meeting will be called as soon as possible given scheduling logistics of the Board members. No emergency meetings can be held during the Summer break or between Winter break and the start of the Spring Semester.
