Emergency meetings: If, in the opinion of the Chair of the Dispute Resolution Board, who may consult with other members of the university, it appears needed, an emergency meeting of the Dispute Resolution Board may be called for extraordinary circumstances. A quorum of the Board is required for an emergency meeting which includes one member from each category; one student, one faculty member, one SSP and one SAEM administrator and the Chair of the Board. An emergency meeting will be called as soon as possible given scheduling logistics of the Board members.
