Get Your Seawolf ID. Then Login.
You will use your SSU Seawolf ID and password to access your email, registration, WiFi network, and more. Once you are enrolled, you should be able to obtain your userid and set a password via the Online Services PIN Master. Your Seawolf ID is the key to accessing many services at SSU, so keep it safe and don't share it with others.
You'll find a Login link at the top of many SSU web pages. This link takes you to the Online Services Portal. Login to access MySSU, Email, Moodle, and more.

Your SSU Email Account
All current SSU students have a Sonoma State email address provided to them by Sonoma State University. The University communicates with you primarily, and for some purposes only through your SSU email account. Check your email regularly for registration, financial aid, library and course communications.

Video Game Consoles, TVs, and Other Devices
Some devices (E.g, Xbox, Smart TV, Nook, etc.) cannot connect to SSU-Secure or ResHall-WLAN. For these devices, you will connect to a separate network called SSU-Blue. Before your device can join SSU-Blue, it will need to be allowed on that network. To request device access to SSU-Blue, fill out the following form:
You will receive an email once your request for access has been approved. At this point, simply configure your device to connect to SSU-Blue. You will not need to enter a username or password.

Protecting your computer from viruses and other malware is very important. You should have an updated anti-virus application installed on your computer. If your on-campus computer becomes infected with some kinds of malware, your computer's network connection may be disabled.
