Special Events

Complete the following steps if you're interested in hosting a special event on campus (i.e. philanthropy event, dance, etc.).

  1. Start by completing the RUFAS and Police Services forms. These two need to be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the event to the CSLIS Office.
  2. When you turn in this paperwork, CSLIS will schedule a Special Events Meeting with your organization to meet with CES, the Box Office, and Events Staff.
  3. Once the event is approved at the Special Events Meeting, your club will work with CES, the Box Office, Events Staff, and CSLIS to successfully carry out your event!
