Complete the following steps if you're interested in hosting a special event on campus (i.e. philanthropy event, dance, etc.).
- Start by completing the RUFAS and Police Services forms. These two need to be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the event to the CSLIS Office.
- When you turn in this paperwork, CSLIS will schedule a Special Events Meeting with your organization to meet with CES, the Box Office, and Events Staff.
- Once the event is approved at the Special Events Meeting, your club will work with CES, the Box Office, Events Staff, and CSLIS to successfully carry out your event!
