Due to a global network disruption, Zoom services were temporarily unavailable this afternoon. This widespread outage affected users globally, as well as at Sonoma State.
Zoom has reported that the outage has since been resolved and users should now be able to access Zoom services again. Sonoma State users with a Poly phone may need to unplug the network cables and plug them back in to restart service to those phones. The desktop and mobile applications should be functioning without any further action.
