We are excited to announce the opening of the new Prelude Restaurant & Bar, a farm-to-table restaurant opening on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at the Green Music Center. This new addition to Sonoma State University, the Green Music Center, and the regional dining scene is leased to and operated by industry veterans Alex Chan, Dexter Liao and Martin Nassif. Prelude aims to provide an excellent experience to the campus and community and will offer a refined dining experience featuring locally-sourced produce transformed into globally-inspired dishes.
In addition to Prelude's normal hours of operation, the campus and community can schedule events by contacting Prelude directly.
