Dear Campus Community,

We are excited to share some important updates from the Office of Institutional Equity and Belonging. The HUB (Honoring. Uniting. Building.) has officially moved into its new location on the first floor of the Schultz Information Center, Room 1058A. In conjunction with this move, the Career Center has relocated to the HUB’s former space on the second floor of the Student Center. These changes will allow both departments to better serve and support our campus community.

The expanded HUB now features a variety of dedicated Belonging & Community Resource Spaces, including:

  • Asian Pacific Islander Success
  • Black Resource Center
  • Community Living Room
  • DREAM Center
  • Native & Indigenous Success
  • Rainbow Success
  • Raza Success

We invite you to join us in celebrating the HUB’s soft opening on Saturday, April 26 during Seawolf Decision Day. The event will feature food, music, and giveaways for both current and future Seawolves!

This exciting expansion fosters new opportunities for connection, inclusion, and collaboration across campus, while continuing to advance the mission of the Office of Institutional Equity and Belonging. If you have any questions or ideas, please reach out to Tramaine Austin-Dillon, Director of Institutional Equity and Belonging.

Stay tuned for more information about our HUB Grand Opening in the fall!
