Generational Diversity

For the first time in history there are four different generations in the workplace. Learn how to value the new ideas and embrace the change that each new generation brings. Content includes:
- Understanding generational diversity
- Breaking down generational stereotypes
- Strengthening work relationships
The session will be facilitated by Jessica Coats. Pomona. Jessica has twenty plus years of educational and professional experience. Her work experience consists of community-based agencies that deliver highly intensive mental health and family support in homes, schools and communities. She studied Psychology at California State, San Marcos and received her Master’s from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
