As a reminder, the upcoming payday for faculty and staff is Tuesday, December 31, 2024, which falls during Winter Break. Please review the below information and plan accordingly.
For employees on direct deposit:
- Earning Statements available to be viewed on Cal Employee Connect.
- The posting date for the December pay warrant is January 2, 2025.
For employees receiving a live pay warrant:
- If you would like your December pay warrant to be mailed on December 31st, please send an email to payroll@sonoma.edu no later than December 20th and include your name and mailing address. Be sure to check MyHR to ensure the mailing address on file matches the address shared as we cannot send to a different address.
- If you would like to pick up your December pay warrant, come by the Sonoma State University Police Department from 9 am - 11 am on Tuesday, December 31th. Note, a photo ID will be required and the check cannot be deposited until after 3 pm that day.
- Pay warrants not picked up, or requested to be mailed, will be available for pick up in the Seawolf Service Center when the campus reopens on January 2, 2025.
- Employees are encouraged to sign up for direct deposit through Cal Employee Connect. Please note, direct deposit enrollment can take one to two pay periods to process.
