As a reminder, the annual benefits Open Enrollment period for employees is September 18, 2023 - October 13, 2023. During the open enrollment period, eligible employees may:
- Enroll in or change health or dental plans;
- Enroll in or cancel Premier vision coverage;
- Add or remove spouse, domestic partner or eligible dependents to/from health, dental, and/or vision plans;
- Elect or cancel FlexCash. If you have other non-CSU group medical and/or dental coverage, you may elect the FlexCash Plan which pays you cash in lieu of CSU coverage;
- Update or enroll in voluntary benefit plans;
- Elect participation or re-enroll in the Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) or the Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA). If you are participating in 2023, and want to continue participation in 2024, you must re-enroll during open enrollment.
Employees who were unable to attend the in-person Open Enrollment fair this past week are also encouraged to consider participating in the virtual benefits fair this Thursday, September 28th. Virtual vendor booths as well as benefit providers and Payroll and Benefits staff will be available from 11 am - 2 pm. All attendees will need to register in order to receive the Zoom link.
