The Empathia LifeMatters Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to provide professional assistance to faculty, staff and their families (dependents and permanent household members) in assessing and resolving issues that may be affecting well-being or job performance. Empathia offers a wide array of health solutions focused on promoting individual and organizational well-being, providing work/life resources and offering educational webinars/seminars for employees. Empathia is also excited to announce two new programs that can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the attached handouts:

OnTopic with Empathia: Podcast focused on overcoming challenges in times of uncertainty, new episodes every other Wednesday.
