Monir Ahmed, Vice President for Administration and Finance

Please join the Sonoma State campus community on April 19, 2023 (10am-noon) for a community engagement event in celebration of Earth Week. Come out to participate in the first ever “Seawolves Dig In.” This will be an opportunity for faculty, staff and students to participate in a hands-on gardening and lawn cleaning project in collaboration with other members of the SSU community. Participants will roll up their sleeves and get their hands a little dirty while honoring the earth and being educated on the sustainable landscaping practices our campus has initiated.

If you are interested in participating, please register (google form) to receive additional details including day of logistical details. T-shirts will be provided to the first 100 folks to sign-up and each person will be assigned to a team for a bit of friendly competition. No experience or equipment is needed. Gloves, tools and directions, along with a pizza lunch at noon, will be provided.

For further questions, please contact Alicia Hodenfield at hodenfie@sonoma.edu.
