Dear Campus Community,
Sonoma State University experienced two brief power outages this morning at 6:30 a.m. and at 7:45 a.m. These outages were the result of a power interruption on PG&E’s electrical grid. These outages resulted in both our IT Network and campus phone systems temporarily losing service. At this time, electrical power, as well as our IT Network and phone systems have been restored.
We are continuing to work with PG&E, and are reviewing our internal systems to reduce the likelihood of this occurring in the future.
