As communicated last week, Sonoma State University was experiencing a technical service disruption with our 911 emergency service. This issue has been resolved through the efforts of our IT Department and AT&T technicians. 911 calls can now be successfully completed to include proper location information.
Regardless, it is always prudent to provide as much information as possible to dispatchers when reporting an emergency.
Non-emergency calls for service may be made by dialing 707.664.4444.
