Dear Campus Community,
Intelligent Systems Engineering Services (ISES) Corporation will be on campus next week (Mon 6/27/22 - Fri 7/1/22) to perform Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) for all campus buildings. For Housing, only vacant spaces will be accessed. The ISES FCA service updates campus FCA and provides valuable information to aid in facilities budgeting, maintenance planning, and informs and justifies Sonoma State University's capital project planning.
The ISES consultants will be accompanied by Facilities Management staff as they briefly visit campus spaces to record observations and verify infrastructure equipment specifics. The presence of the ISES assessment team will be brief, non-distracting and low impact.
