As communicated last week, Sonoma State is experiencing a technical service disruption with our campus 911 emergency service. AT&T technicians are continuing to work with members of Information Technology as diligently as possible to resolve this issue.
As a reminder, 911 calls received by our Dispatch Center may not provide a caller’s location. When dialing 911 or using an Emergency Blue Light Phone to report an emergency during this temporary disruption, callers must provide their precise location they are calling from so that the appropriate resources may be dispatched.
Non-emergency calls for service may be made by dialing 707.664.4444.
The campus community will be updated once this temporary disruption is resolved.
