Sonoma State is working with Staff Council to facilitate the identification of a staff representative to serve on the Search Advisory Committee charged with supporting the following national recruitment.
Associate Dean, Academic Programs (Admin III)
Note, to be eligible to serve, must be available to attend zoom meetings this fall. Every reasonable effort will be made to work with the search advisory committee to gauge existing commitments and schedule at times that are most convenient for the majority.
Those who would like to be considered to serve are asked to discuss with their Appropriate Administrator and then submit a one paragraph statement of interest (via Qualtrics) indicating why they feel they would be a good candidate. To be considered, please submit no later than 12 noon on November 17th. Statements will thereafter be shared via email and a staff election held to identify staff representation for this committee.
As a reminder, a staff member is defined as a non-faculty and/or non-management employee. More information regarding representation requirements on Administrative Appointment Committees can be found on Policy #1989-2.
