On Wednesday, September 29, California State University Chancellor Joseph I. Castro, will visit Sonoma State University to meet with, and listen to, SSU students, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni, and the local community.
Dr. Castro serves as the eighth chancellor to lead the California State University. Having assumed the CSU chancellorship in January 2021, he is the first Californian and first person of color to serve in this role.
Open Forum with the Chancellor
All campus community members are invited to attend an Open Forum with the Chancellor in the Student Center Ballroom from 3:50 to 4:35 p.m. on September 29. This is an exciting opportunity to hear directly from the Chancellor. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 300 people and the event will be live-streamed via Zoom.
