Request for Catastrophic Leave Donations

We have received a request for participation in the Catastrophic Leave Donation Program from our University employee, Violeta Murillo Gonzalez, who has been determined eligible to receive vacation leave credits only.

If you wish to donate, please navigate to: https://hr.sonoma.edu/payroll/benefit-services/catastrophic-leave-donation-requests. The form can be signed electronically and returned to the Payroll & Benefits Office.
