At 8 a.m. yesterday, our campus voicemail service became unavailable. The IT department worked diligently with the vendors to bring the voicemail service back online, and the system was restored at 2 p.m. today. During the period of the outage, the phone system did not route properly to record incoming voicemail messages.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Please reach out to the IT Help Desk, if you continue to have issues with the voicemail system.
