As a reminder, the upcoming payday for Faculty and Staff is December 30, 2022. The posting date for those paid via direct deposit is January 3, 2023. Employees with direct deposit will be able to review their earnings statements by utilizing Cal Employee Connect.
You do not have to pick up your pay warrant in person. If you would like your pay warrant to be mailed, send an email to payroll@sonoma.edu with your name and the address on file in MyHR. Please check MyHR to ensure the mailing address on file is correct. We cannot send pay warrants to any other address. Warrants will be mailed on December 30, 2022 for requests received by December 20, 2022.
Live pay warrants will be available for pick up at the University Police Department from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m on the December 30 holiday. Please note you cannot deposit the pay warrant until 3 p.m. that day. For pick up:
- A photo I.D. is required.
- You may not come to campus if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness.
Pay warrants not picked up at the University Police Department on December 30, 2022 by 12 p.m. will be available for pick up in the Seawolf Service Center when the campus reopens on January 3, 2023.
We strongly encourage employees to sign up for direct deposit. Please sign up through Cal Employee Connect. Please note, direct deposit enrollment can take up to two pay periods to be processed.
