Finals got you stressed? Join a yoga teacher for a brief session of gentle yoga and relaxation. No experience necessary, equipment provided.

Are final projects and exams causing you stress or anxiety? Chat and check in with a Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) counselor during their drop-in hours at the Library.
