SSU President Event Attendance and Speech Request

This form has been designed to help coordinate invitations and appearances by the President of Sonoma State University. Please provide as much information as possible and keep us updated with any changes. After you submit this form, the Office of the President will be in touch with you to confirm his availability as promptly as possible.
