Eligibility Requirements

The MLL program serves undergraduate students at SSU. Eligibility requirements:

  1. Your first language learned was not English, or you learned English and another language at the same time.
  2. You are low-income, or a first-generation college student, or you are registered with Disability Services for Students.
  3. You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

If you are a SSU student and you meet the above eligibility requirements, please consider filling out the MLL application to take advantage of the many resources available to you as a multilingual student. Click on the "MLL Application" tab on the left sidebar to access the application. You may fill out the application online or print it and fill it out. Please bring your completed application to the Writing Center, Schulz 1103, located on the bottom floor of the SSU Library in the Information Commons area.
