Faculty and Staff Directory Instructions
It's time to review your Sonoma State University Directory listings.
- Go to the Faculty and Staff Directory (FASD) and click the Update link to update your entry.
- The PDF versions of the FASD data, "SSU–At–A–Glance" and "SSU Faculty & Staff" are updated nightly based on FASD entries.
- Employees who clear campus are automatically withdrawn from FASD and those PDFs.
- Staff can contact the IT Help Desk if they see an entry for someone who should not be in the directory.
Other Directory listings should also be reviewed by appropriate department personnel.
- The PDF "SSU Divisions & Departments" is maintained jointly by School AM's and Leeanne Bowes.
- The A-Z index for campus websites, departments and services is maintained by the Web Office. There is an email link at the bottom of each page to be used for corrections and other updates.
