December Pay Warrant Distribution

The December payday is Monday, December 31, 2012. Pay warrants will be available for pick up in Police Services from 10 a.m. to noon the morning of the Dec. 31 holiday. Employees are cautioned not to take them to their banks until after 3 p.m. A photo I.D. is required to pick up pay warrants. Warrants not picked up at Police Services will be distributed in each department, by the warrant pick up clerk, after 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013. The posting date for direct deposit is Jan. 2, 2013. Questions concerning the December pay warrant distribution should be directed to Payroll & Benefits at payroll@sonoma.edu or x4-2793.

The annual free and custom calendars for 2013 are now available through Campus Prints at http://www.sonoma.edu/campusprints/calendars. Feel free to visit their website and place an order for either the free calendar or follow the directions on how to send pictures for a custom calendar. Send campus prints an e-mail at campusprints@sonoma.edu to get the replacement page for the month of December 2012. This replacement will need to be attached to your current calendar.
