Tuesday, January 18, 2022, 2:45pm

TO: Campus community
FR: Kendall Newman, Operations Manager for Risk Management and Safety Services on behalf of the COVID Monitoring and Compliance Team

Sonoma State’s on-campus COVID-19 testing center will be open this week in Denali Gym at the Recreation Center. SSU’s COVID-19 testing center is not currently taking appointments. The testing center will serve students, employees, and household members on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is required, but pre-scheduled appointments will not be accommodated. Please register your account through the link on SSU’s COVID-19 website and select “No Appointment” from the drop-down list of testing sites.

Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation when visiting the center. We know this is a challenging time and testing center wait times may be longer than normal. To help shorten wait times and expand testing capacity, we are adding an additional testing date in the weeks ahead and extending testing center hours. Please wear a face mask when in line and keep a considerate physical distance from others to keep our campus community safe.

This week the on-campus COVID-19 testing center will be open:

  • Tuesday, January 18, from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m.
  • Wednesday, January 19, from 3 to 6 p.m.
  • Friday, January 21, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Beginning January 24 and continuing through the spring semester, the testing center will be open:

  • Mondays from 7 to 10 a.m.
  • Wednesdays from 3 to 6 p.m.
  • Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

As a reminder, the on-campus COVID-19 testing center is open to all Sonoma State University faculty, staff, students, and your family or household members. Information and the link to pre-register can be found on the COVID-19 website. For questions regarding the clinic, email covid.monitoring@sonoma.edu.
