DIRECTIONS FOR COMPLETING THIS FORM:

Indicate 18 units of either upper or lower-division coursework (100 level and above) in each category.

See MSAT Wavier Information for a list of classes that are accecptable coursework for each category.
Note any classes that are currently in progress under Pending.

Once you have completed this form, please click the " SUBMIT " button.

Once it has been received via email, Sandra will evaluate your wavier and contact you if she has any questions or concerns. If you have any pending classes, your wavier will be held until the end of the semester when final grades are posted. If everything looks fine the official wavier will be sent to the Dean of Social Sciences and then to the Education Credentials Analyst for approval. After the Credentials Analyst has approved your wavier, you will be sent the original official MSAT wavier, a copy will remain in your student file.
