Filing for Graduation...Please Read

The priority filing date to apply for May 2009 graduation is September 15.  If you meet the priority deadline, you will receive a Graduation Evaluation from Admissions and Records that confirms that you have, or will have, completed your requirements for graduation. It is possible to send in your application later, but you will not receive this confirmation.

The final deadline to submit your application to graduate in December 2008 is also September 15.

The applications are available in Admissions and Records, and also outside of the Psychology Department office. There are two forms: the Graduation Application & the Major/Minor Contract.

Please complete the forms and have an advisor sign the Major/Minor Contract form. Submit completed forms to the Psychology Department Office by 2:00pm on Friday, September 12 (this gives us time to process the forms before they are delivered to A & R).

Please refer to the Checklist for Psychology Majors; this form will assist you in filling out the Major/Minor Contract form.

Extra drop-in hours to answer questions and sign forms will be held on September 10, from 12-2pm, in Stevenson 3050.
