Andrea Dyer is a founder of Demeter Matrix Alliance, an alliance of senior practitioners who provide coaching, consulting, education, and facilitation to guide leaders and organizations in their efforts to create sustainable excellence. Andrea has worked as a consultant with organizations for over 20 years. One distinguishing aspect of her work is the ability to address the systemic relationship between organizational structure, culture, leaders and teams -- thereby creating conditions to produce lasting change. Andrea works with her clients to recognize that they will not be as successful in the future operating from their assumptions of the past. Some of her clients have included Agilent, Archstone Smith, The Coca-Cola Company, The Crowden Music Center, Hewlett Packard, Levi-Strauss & Company, The Minute Maid Company, Moody's KMV, Pillsbury Winthrop, Ploughshares Fund, and Sun Microsystems. She has been a presenter at several conferences and workshops on the topics of integral coaching, leading strategic conversations, and organizational learning. Andrea is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation and New Ventures West, a premier and well established Coaching Organization. |

Tony Kortens, Ph.D. has successfully led organizations across a broad range of leadership, team and organization change initiatives within several continents as an independent practitioner for twenty years. Early in his consulting career he achieved a 100% success rate with proposals to design and lead team leadership programs for the financial and insurance industry. Subsequent professional consultant training in Organization Development in the USA led to a broad range of consulting experiences with top teams; CEO annual conferences and complex system change efforts. More recent client engagements have focused on helping executives deal with the emerging challenges of leading the knowledge intensive organization. In 2001 he became a professional member of the internationally recognized National Training Laboratories Institute of Applied Behavioral Sciences. He earned a mid-career professional doctorate in Human & Organizational Systems with the Fielding Graduate University in 1999. Current activities include executive coaching, the development of international consultants, supervising doctoral leadership projects and writing on current issues. |

Alexander Laszlo, Ph.D. and Kathia C. Laszlo, Ph.D. are Co-Founders of Syntony Quest. They are tenured Core Faculty members at the Graduate School of Business Administration & Leadership (EGADE) of the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico, where they co-teach MBA and Doctoral courses on strategy, systems thinking, and sustainability. They taught as faculty members in both the MBA in Sustainable Business at Bainbridge Graduate Institute and the MBA in Sustainable Management at the Presidio School of Management since the first year of operation of each program. Currently, they are Adjunct Faculty Members in the MBA in Sustainable Entrepreneurship program of the Green MBA at Dominican University as well as in the Leadership of Sustainable Systems program at both the Master’s and Doctoral levels at Saybrook Graduate School & Research Center and at Sonoma State University in our Master’s in Organization Development program. They serve on the Board of Directors of the Unity Foundation and on the Sages Advisory Panel of the Council for Global Education, are Members of the General Evolution Research Group, and are Fellows of the International Systems Institute where they have served as Representatives to the TransCultural Council. They Co-Chair the Special Integration Group on Evolutionary Development for the International Society for the Systems Sciences, of which they are past Vice-Presidents and former Board Members. In 2002, Kathia and Alexander received the Förderpreis Akademischer Klub award of the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, for their work in social innovation and sustainable development, and were finalists for the 2003 Beyond Gray Pinstripes award of the World Resources Institute and the Aspen Institute for their academic work in sustainable business. |

Judith Noel, M.Ed., has degrees in Education, Counseling Psychology, and Organizational Behavior. She has expertise in organization culture change, leadership development, diversity, work redesign efforts, quality improvement processes and building high performance cross-functional teams. Ms. Noel brings a rich background in understanding people in numerous industries and coaches senior executives in Fortune 100 companies. Her 22 year old bi-coastal consulting firm, the Seapoint Consulting Corporation, specializes in organizational change and executive development. She currently leads an international group of women in a five-year collaborative research project on women's leadership. She is the founder of the LUNA Institute for Women's Leadership and Learning. She has held teaching positions at the Whithemore School of Business and Economics, the Universities of New Hampshire, Minnesota, and Georgetown. Ms. Noel is certified in the administration and interpretation of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and qualifies practitioners in the instrument through Otto Kroeger Associates. She offers advanced training using the MBTI in organizational settings. |

Sara Tickler, Psy.D. is a senior partner with
The Results Group. She brings to her work a depth of experience and expertise
in organization development, change management, business process improvement,
survey construction and administration, and conflict resolution. Sara has worked with a wide variety of government and private clients, including the Sonoma County Sheriff's Department, Kaiser Permanente, the East Bay Municipal Utility District, the State Department of Corrections, and the State Department of Health Services. Sara holds a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Psychology from the Professional School of Psychology where she co-teaches a course on Dissertation Readiness and has her Masters Degree in Organization Development from Sonoma State University. |

David Warner, M.A. is a
business consultant, executive coach and trainer specializing in whole-system
approaches to organization and team development. He consults nationally
to organizations in the public, private, and non-profit sectors to help
leaders and groups work more effectively. As a facilitator, he helps large
and small groups manage their agendas and meet their goals. Dave has a passion for training. Highly skilled in instructional design, he takes great pleasure in developing client-specific curricula. His knowledge of work systems and corporate culture, coupled with his ability to assess organizational needs, allows him to design and present relevant, engaging training that people are excited to put to use. Both a qualified administrator of the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and a certified trainer in The Enneagram in Business, Dave is an expert in personality typing systems and believes in the value of the common language they bring to teams and businesses. He is currently using the Enneagram (an ancient and widely applicable nine-point system for understanding personality, motivation and behavior) to help organizations learn to communicate effectively, manage conflict, develop high-performing teams and increase leadership competency and effectiveness. |

Geoff grew up in Washington state, completed his undergraduate work at Gonzaga University and graduate work at the University of Oregon. |

Lisa Heft is a facilitator and
interactive learning specialist known internationally for her resources,

Gary Hochman has worked in the development of organizations for over 20 years during which he has served in senior executive, staff, and consulting roles. As founder of The HR Matrix, his consulting practice integrates strategy, work systems design, team performance, and human resources practices to enhance organization effectiveness and employee engagement. Throughout his career, Gary has led countless projects helping executives and managers rapidly achieve results in a wide variety of demanding situations. His facilitation and leadership skills coupled with his business acumen and understanding of organization change, have made him successful in start-ups, mature organizations, and rapid growth companies. His expertise includes business process improvement, meeting design and facilitation, and the design and implementation of strategic human resources solutions. Gary is the former vice president of human resources at OCLI / JDSU and served as the senior OD consultant for Hewlett-Packard. In addition to his commitment to Sonoma State University and his consulting practice, Gary is the president of the Community Child Care Council of Sonoma County (4Cs). |

Lenny Lind is President of CoVision,
which has supported organization development projects with appropriate
technologies since 1985. In 1991, CoVision began fielding a portable groupware
system for meetings -- Council -- through which anonymous feedback from
participants allows the views of a whole group to be addressed while all
are still convened. To date, 2500 meetings have been supported by the
firm. In 1997, work began on WebCouncil - an online collaboration platform
for dispersed teams. This was the system used to host a Delphi conference
moderated by Saul Eisen, to consider future OD intervention strategies,

Tony Petrella has consulted to key executives in major corporations in the United States and internationally for over 40 years. His work has always focused on developing greater commitment and accountability through restructuring work and improving relationships in organizations as well as creating a more trusting and risk-taking approach on the part of management. Tony brings considerable experience, perspective, and insight to his clients about business strategy, leadership, individual and team behavior, how organizations work and how to bring about change. His approach is collaborative, using and releasing the energy, knowledge and wisdom of his clients to achieve improved organizational performance. The primary focus of his current work is advising key executives and consulting on issues of the management of organizational change. He consults with a few select clients and teaches in executive programs at both Columbia and Pepperdine University. He has been a guest lecturer at The Brookings Institution and Queens University. In 1968 Tony co-founded Block Petrella Weisbord, Inc., and served as its managing partner until 1995. From 1975 to 1985 he also served as the Executive Director of the National Organization Development Network, a professional organization dedicated to the humanization of work and the enhancement of organizational effectiveness. Tony has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations, both from the University of Minnesota. |

Drawing no sharp distinction between work
and play, Edie and Charlie Seashore have been surfing white water through
half a century of experiences that have ranged from individuals to small
groups to large gatherings, from organizations to systems to global institutions,
and now to understand "use of self" as the focus of their work. Edith Whitfield Seashore, M.A., has more than forty years of experience in successfully training and consulting with governments and corporations in organizational development and behavior. She is a past president of the NTL Institute and currently is on the faculty of the Johns Hopkins Fellows Program in Change Management. She is the co-founder of the American University/NTL Institute Master's Program in Organization Development and continues as a faculty member in that program. She has co-edited The Promise of Diversity as well as the book What Did You Say? The Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback. Charles Seashore, Ph.D., has 37 years of experience as a consultant and trainer in corporations, health care, higher education and government. He is currently on the faculty of the Doctoral Program in Human and Organizational Development of the Fielding Institute and teaches with Edith in the Johns Hopkins Fellows Program in Change Management and the American University/NTL Institute Master's program in Organization Development. He is an organization development consultant in many health care institutions including academic medical centers and teaching hospitals. He is a past chair of the board of the NTL Institute and co-authored the book What Did You Say? The Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback. |
