Upcoming 2013 CalPERS Board of Administration Member-At-Large Election

Two Representative positions on the CalPERS Board of Administration will be elected through the Member-At-Large Election process. For information on becoming a candidate, voter eligibility and the election schedule please see the Notice of Election. This form is also available in the Payroll Office, please call 42793 if a copy is needed.

TSA and Tax Deferred Savings Fair

Scheduled during Staff Appreciation Day May 23, 2013 11-1. All employees are welcome for this drop in event. All 5 TSA fund sponsors and a representative from Savings Plus Plan will be on site to assist with any questions you may have.

2012 W-2 Statements

W-2's were mailed by the State Controller's Office in mid-January. If you have not received your W-2 please contact our office for further assistance. To obtain a duplicate copy, please follow the instructions to Request a Duplicate Form W-2.

Employee Orientation

The orientation process assists new employees in learning about their benefits & becoming a productive member of the SSU family.
