Get WebCT Help

The IT Web Office provides WebCT support to SSU Faculty and Students. If you have problems accessing or using a WebCT course, please fill out the following form, or call the IT Web Office at (707) 664-2339 during office hours. We will answer your request for help in the order it comes in. It may take one or two working days to process your request.

If you don't know your LDAP username and/or Password, or have been having problems logging into WebCT, contact the IT Help Desk. DO NOT USE THIS FORM

Can get into myWebCT, but can't see/get into a specific course.
When I click on the course title, I don't get any course content. I know for a fact there should be course content; other people see course content.
When I try to view posts or email messages, nothing happens.
