Equipment Reservation, Delivery & Checkout
Equipment Checkout & Delivery
The IT Help Desk provides consultation and equipment in support of the University's instructional and administrative programs.
Most equipment can be checked out for a three day period, but if you are working on a special project we will try to be as flexible as possible. During the summer, or between semesters, it is usually possible to borrow equipment for extended periods of time.
You must present a campus ID to checkout equipment. Students must have a Faculty Authorization slip (available at the IT Help Desk) or a signed note from instructor to check out any cameras.
This is for instructors who need to request a TV/VCR, Data Projector, or other equipment for their classroom.
Requests will be accepted beginning on May 1 for Summer and Fall Semester, and on December 1 for Winter Intersession and Spring Semester.
- Tape Recorders (microphones are also available)
