To access PeopleSoft you will need your SSU Seawolf ID and Password. If you are not sure what that is or if you do not have one, please visit the IT Helpdesk.

Please note that the following are required to access information beyond My SSU:

  • Seawolf User ID and Password.
  • Completed Session of Confidentiality Training. (Should be completed upon employee sign-up.)

Confidentiality Training for All Employees

Required Reading

Effective July 1, 2010 all employees will receive this training as a part of their employee sign-up upon hiring. You do not need to complete this unless specifically instructed to do so.

Please read, sign, and submit this form to the front desk of Administration and Finance, located on the second floor of Salazar Hall with attention to Peter Flores. If you are not on campus, you may fax the form, with attention to "CMS", to (707) 664-2080.

This completes your Confidentiality Training.
