Step 3: HOUSING INFORMATION

To obtain campus housing information you must first complete and mail or fax the Fall 2014 - Spring 2015 International Student Housing Down Payment Form (pdf) to:

This form can be downloaded and printed by clicking on the pdf link above. Upon receipt of your Housing application and $400 down payment, Housing Services will email you an offer to live on-campus. The down payment may be made either by providing a credit card or you may mail the form in with a check or money order. IMPORTANT: As an international student, in order to request a housing offer, it is NOT necessary to send an Enrollment Reservation Deposit (ERD) or an Orientation Fee (about which you may receive information). However, you must make the Housing Down Payment.

You will need to visit the Housing Services web site at SSU Housing for details about living options. You will have three weeks to accept and sign your campus housing offer by returning the License Agreement. Housing is never guaranteed so it is important to submit your application and down payment as soon as you know your plans.

If you decide to cancel your application by (TBA) 50% of your down payment will be refunded. After (TBA) there are no refunds. Cancellations must be in writing.
