Recruiting Procedures are available online to assist Appropriate Administrator with the recruiting process. The Recruitment Process aim to provide guidance for each phase of the recruitment for non-faculty staff and management positions.
A well-crafted position description is the cornerstone of any job. To assist managers in drafting positions descriptions, they will find general position descriptions for positions commonly recruited on campus (these position descriptions are password protected).

Independent Contractor Review
Employment Services provides initial review before departments may contract with an individual as an independent contractor. Complete this form and Forward it to your Human Resources Manager for review prior to making any arrangements to hire an independent contractor.
