Student Mail Services - Receiving Packages
Packages for residential students may be picked up at the Zinfandel Service Desk located in Zinfandel Hall. The Service Desk is open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday, and a valid photo ID is required.
Packages that are sent through the United States Post Office are marked by the Post Office as being delivered once they are received by the Post Office not when the University actually receives them. Packages that are sent through the United States Post Office are only processed by the University Monday through Friday. Any packages arriving Saturday and Sunday from the United States Post Office will not be processed until Monday.
How It Works
- Your package arrives at one of the service desks.
- The packages are added into the system as efficiently as possible.
- This could be take up to a day during peak times such as the first three weeks of the semester.
- Your package information is emailed to your Seawolf Email Account from SSU Package Notification at firstname.lastname@example.org.
