The Women of Color Collective (WOCC) is a weekly community building and discussion space co-facilitated by a WOC clinician from CAPS and a WOC staff from The HUB.
This class provides a high-intensity workout in shallow water to increase strength and endurance for the upper and lower body and core. A variety of equipment is used.

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen, legs, arms, and back muscles.
All lectures are open to the public in Stevenson 1301 for both *On Campus(OC) & Zoom Speakers.
This group provides an ongoing healing space for those grieving a loved one or those who have experienced a significant loss.
