Marina Crossing, SSU’s apartment homes offer monthly rental pricing at or below-market rates for the Petaluma, Rohnert Park, and Santa Rosa areas and flexible leasing terms for SSU employees. Marina Crossing Apartments include 90 living spaces ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
SSU employees receive special pricing for Marina Crossing Apartments. Please note rates listed on the Marina Crossing Apartments website are market rates for non-SSU employees. Monthly leasing rates for SSU employees range from:
- Studio: $1,450 - $1,575
- 1 bedroom: $1,899 - $2,000
- 1 bedroom + den: $2,015 - $2,195
- 2 bedroom: $2,200 - $2,580
- 3 bedroom: $2,900 - $3,100
