Consultation
The Center for Teaching and Professional Development offers a variety of consulting services, tailored toward improving the level of effectiveness of individual faculty members, as well as groups or programs.
Individual consultation:
CTPD staff are available for one-on-one consultation with faculty regarding many aspects of their job. For example, CTPD can help with course design, assessment methods and instructional technology infusion.
Group/Program Consultation:
SSU faculty groups or programs can work with CTPD staff toward incresaing the effectiveness of their programs. Examples include program assessment or exploring inceased use of distance learning.
