Peoplesoft Training
To access PeopleSoft you will need your SSU Seawolf User ID (also referred to as your LDAP). If you are not sure what that is or if you do not have one, please visit the following FAQ: IT Helpdesk Seawolf User ID FAQ.
Please note that the following are required to access information beyond your own within your PeopleSoft account:
- Seawolf User ID and Password (Obtained from Information Technology)
- Completed Session of Confidentiality Training

Confidentiality Training for FACULTY, LECTURERS, and INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANTS only |
Please download and read the Faculty Confidentiality Handbook. Once you've read the handbook please read the next column for further instructions. If you are currently a staff member teaching a course, please follow the directions below for staff. For questions regarding confidentiality training, please email Peter Flores. |
Once you have completed reading the Faculty Confidenitlaity Handbook, your next step is to download the Access and Compliance Form. Please read, sign, and submit this form to the front desk of Administration and Finance, located on the second floor of Salazar Hall with attention to Peter Flores. If you are not on campus, you may fax the form, with attention to 'CMS', to (707) 664-2080. This completes your Confidentiality Training.

Confidentiality Training for STAFF and STUDENT ASSISTANTS only |
A brief explanation of laws and regulations that pertain to employees and student assistants. Training sessions last approximately 1/2 hour. Appointments are scheduled after your PeopleSoft System Access Request Form is submitted. Please visit the Forms section of the CMS website for the form and instructions. For questions regarding confidentiality training and it's scheduling, please email Jenifer Crist. |
Note: A&F refers to Administration and Finance, located on the second floor of Salazar Hall. Please check-in at the front desk prior to entry. For the remainder of the semester, Confidentiality Training will be scheduled on an as needed basis. |

Faculty Self-Service: Advisement |
Session is intended for faculty and staff advisors. Participants will learn how to generate and to utilize the PeopleSoft Academic Advisement Report that details a student's specific degree requirements and his/her progress towards completing them. |
