Zen Zone: 11am-12pm in Silver Strand
Sustainability & Nutrition: 12-1pm in the Lobby- Learn about sustainable practices and how to be a sustainable consumer. Also, learn about healthy eating and explore new ooking skills.
Sit Volleyball: 1pm-2pm in McKinley Gym- Play a big group volleyball game while sitting on gym floor. Come get your spike on afterwards for a standing Volleyball: 2pm-3pm in McKinley Gym.
Positive Psychology Educational Activities: 6:15pm-7pm in International Hall 104- Come join Jessica Hobson’s class as they present activities on; stress, gratitude, coping, grit, and mindset.
Yoga: 6pm-7pm in Silver Strand- Come practice a free Restorative Yoga class, taught by Amajiah.
Free pick-up soccer: 1pm-2pm in McKinley Gym
Free pick-up basketball: 2pm-3pm in McKinley Gym- all skill levels welcome
Inclusivity Talk: 11am- 12pm in Lotus (2nd floor of Campus Rec)- Join a discussion about how to make the Rec Center and Campus more inviting and inclusive for everyone.
